Grand Illusion Mystery Quilt block
Love the reveal of the quilt completed, I like the movement in the design.
I have all my steps completed and now have 5 blocks put together.
I love looking at everyones blocks as they post them.
I did change out the green with a darker blue and am pleased with the look it gives on this block.
I know I love these mystery quilts by Bonnie Hunter and from all the posts I think I am in a large block of quilters that do also!
Now to get it completed in the next week or so, to get it to the longarm quilter. I love getting a quilt done so fast. It used to take me a few months as I couldn't sew everyday even if I wanted to. Being retired is great to do projects like this. I did have Christmas sewing so I had to take a break on this for that sewing a couple weeks before Christmas.
